Refund

1. Overview

Because UC Drafter is a digital subscription delivered instantly, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction.

2. Eligibility

  • Only the first payment on a new account or plan is refundable.

  • Renewal payments and upgrades are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has started.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method by Paddle.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email dave@inquisitiveowl.ca from the address linked to your subscription, or use the in-app “Manage Subscription” link.

  2. Include your Paddle Order ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund.

  3. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellations & Renewals

  • Cancel Anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time; no further charges will be made after the current paid term.

  • Prorated Refunds. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time when you cancel mid-term.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at /legal/refund and becomes effective upon posting.
